TORRAS products are sold all over the world. Nonetheless, due to the policy of the company, TORRAS reserves the right to accept orders from certain countries, which either for their particular or tax conditions do not guarantee or hinder the delivery of the product.

Despite this condition, if you are very much interested in acquiring TORRAS products, we are willing to send them to you, but it will be your responsibility to bear any additional expense that may arise in the destination country.

Our products are sold worldwide under DDP conditions (Delivered duty paid), which means that you just have to pay for the price specified on the website.

The items offered on this website are a selection of products of TORRAS collections.

When developing its website, TORRAS has taken into account the difficulty to display products with the maximum accuracy (as far as textures and colours are concerned). This is why we have made HD photographs, albeit it is very difficult to guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor are like the real ones.

All the items displayed on this website have been reviewed. However, in case of finding a defect before making the shipment and, if no more styles available in the same size, the customer will be notified immediately, to offer him the possibility of selecting a similar item.

Upon receipt of the merchandise, the customer will have 14 days to inform TORRAS about possible anomalies. In such case, the customer shall contact us through the e-mail address torrasonline@torras.com

The shipping costs of the return to TORRAS facilities shall be borne by the customer. TORRAS will not accept any shipment under pay-on-delivery conditions. After checking the garment, we will either refund the amount of the purchase using the same payment method or, if the customer so wishes, we will ship a garment with the same characteristics.


1. Once the desired product is selected, it shall be added to the shopping basket by clicking on the relative icon.

2. The selected item(s) may be replaced or removed from the shopping basket at any time. The shopping basket will show all the features of the item, such as

3. Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer will be required to input his personal data in order to process the order. Data will be recorded and stored in a database that will be used for new purchases. In the same way, the customer will have access to his personal information either to modify or inactivate it. Please remember that personal data must be provided with accuracy to prevent confusion or incidents in the dispatch of the item(s) acquired. If you so require, you will receive information and/or TORRAS advertisement by e-mail.

4. Before processing the purchase, the input data will be displayed and the customer will be asked to confirm it by clicking on 'Accept Purchase'. Almost immediately the customer will receive an e-mail containing the details of the order.

5. Purchases shall be paid by means of bank transfer to the bank account(s) provided for such purpose, by paypal or by credit card.

6. When the transaction is confirmed, the customer's order will be processed for delivery. From that moment on, the customer will receive all the information regarding the shipment by e-mail or telephone.

8. If at the time of issuing the order, we detect that the items ordered by the customer are not available, we will immediately refund the amount charged within a period of 72 hours.


The sale prices shown on the website are in EUR and in USD, depending on the destination country.

TORRAS reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, without prior notice. The prices in USD correspond to price policies regarding international distribution.

The prices are inclusive of taxes, so you will not have to pay anything else in your country on receipt of the goods


TORRAS only accepts payments made by bank transfer to the bank accounts provided for such purpose.

Any expenses resulting from the bank transfer will be borne by the customer.

As a reference, the customer shall state the order number and his full name. The customer will have 3 working days from the date on which the order was placed to make the payment.

The order will not be deemed accepted until confirmation of payment is received. If this deadline expires and TORRAS has not received the relative amount, the order will be cancelled.


The items purchased on TORRAS website will be shipped by an international courier company and delivered within a period of approximately 2/5 working days, depending on the country of destination.

To prevent any delivery incident, it is necessary to fill in the corresponding form correctly, being compulsory to indicate a contact telephone number in the relevant box.

Transport costs are calculated according to the country of destination and the items acquired. The exact transport price will be communicated before starting the purchase confirmation process.

The shipments of the orders to be delivered outside the European Union will be made under DDP terms, so the total amount of the order will include all local taxes. Consequently, it will not be necessary for the customer to make any additional payment on receipt of the order.

TORRAS reserves the right to accept orders depending on the destination country and also if the shipment of the goods cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries to post-office boxes or military bases are not accepted.


In case you are not satisfied with the order received, you can exchange (size or colour) or return it within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, provided the garment has not been used or damaged. Consequently, TORRAS will not accept any exchange or return of items which are damaged or used, unless the damage is due to an obvious flaw in the leather.

Exchange of items is allowed. In such case, you shall return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

Returns of orders delivered outside the European Union shall be made by post to the following address:

The shipping costs of exchanging or returning goods shall be borne by the customer. Under no circumstances will TORRAS accept returns sent cash-on-delivery.

In case of goods returned by post, we recommend the use of registered mail or return receipt.

For convenient exchange or return processing, the customer shall include in the package the 'Returns Form', received together with the item, dully filled.

Upon receipt of the return, TORRAS will perform the necessary actions to make the exchange as soon as possible. If it is necessary to give a refund, the corresponding amount will be credited within 30 days after receipt of the goods into the bank account given by the customer for this purpose.

If TORRAS detects a mistake in the shipment, not attributable to the customer, TORRAS will give a refund of the shipping costs into the previously mentioned bank account.


The information submitted to TORRAS will be exclusively used to process orders through TORRAS website, specifically designed and programmed for such purpose. Likewise, TORRAS will use the information provided by the customer to send advertising, offers and promotions.

Under no circumstances will data submitted to TORRAS be passed, sold or transferred to other companies not belonging to the TORRAS group.

All the information submitted by the customer will be treated with rigorousness and security, by using encrypting systems and SSL protocols.


The server of this website is located in Spain.

These purchase conditions are subject to the Spanish law. Therefore, sales will be deemed to be performed at TORRAS address.

Any dispute arising between the parties to this contract shall be submitted to the applicable jurisdiction in each case.
