Bruges, a fairy tale city

Bruges, a fairy tale city

2017 has just begun and with it we started to plan new trips. Today in Torras we recommend a small fairytale town, Bruges. Currently, more than 3.000.000 of tourists visit its streets each year and becomes the most visited city in Belgium. In addition since 2010 is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

Bruges is a small city and that makes it easy and quick to see. So we recommend you first travel to Belgium, where you will also find wonderful places, and then take a whole day to visit Bruges, as it is located near the capital.

You can visit the most emblematic sites such as the Main Square, also called Markt, which is one of the nerve centers of Bruges, still holds a market on Saturdays; the most characteristic tower of Bruges, Belfort, from where you get the best views of the city; Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk, the most famous church in Bruges and its tower of 122 meters makes it the highest in Belgium.

Undoubtedly Bruges, is one of the best preserved medieval cities in the world.

Nothing better than starting the year planning new trips and enjoying cities like Bruges!
